Process for Filing Online

Here are the steps you need to follow;

  2. Fill out our tax questionnaire in it’s entirety. If you need technical support please email us. Do not send messenger via social media for technical support! We will get a notification once you have hit submit.

  3. Keep an eye on your email for a notification from our team to request your documents.

  4. Reply to the email to upload all the proper documents needed to begin. (We cannot prepare without all supporting documents).

  5. Wait for a notification from our staff in your email that all required documents have been accepted or your return is being worked on.

  6. You will receive an email to check your return for accuracy.

  7. Next, you will sign your tax engagement letter.

  8. Finally you will asked to e-sign your final documents afterwards at a valid email address you check regularly. Here’s a list that will be mandatory to file your taxes.

    DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO FILE (ACCORDING TO YOUR TAX SITUATION);

  • ALL INCOME DOCUMENTS- W-2, 1099NEC, Wages, 1099G or Self-Employment Books (All income must be reported)

  • (Unexpired) Photo I.D or Driver’s License

  • Social Security cards of all dependents

  • Proof of residence for HOH (utility bill or statement with address showing)

  • Gas Receipts, All documented expenses if filing Schedule C

  • Mortgage Statement 1098, School 1098T

  • Copy of prior year return

  • Marketplace Healthcare form 1095A (if applicable)

  • Bank Account Routing & Account Info

  • IRS Letters regarding interest payments or audit correspondence (if any)
